The consumer is an important part of any business as they are the reason that business are able to continue. It is also important that you know what needs the consumer is looking for so that you can adjust the products accordingly.
Glad that you got this assignment started, which is further than I got with it. After reading your previous post "Tweaking the Innovation", I'll use what you wrote to offer feedback. I think an external drive for the iPhone is something many people want and is highly marketable. I don't believe customers should shell out an extra few hundred dollars for only a few gigabytes of space. That being said, Apple might be very restrictive with third party devices that challenge their pricing structure. I think the "Need Awareness" assignment would have given you more insight on what types of phone storage needs people have and might help you tackle the third party product issues that would arise if you continued innovating.
